2024 Cadillac LYRIQ Tech vs Luxury

This year, the latest LYRIQ trim lineup begins with the Tech trim, showcasing remarkable luxury features such as a 33" diagonal advanced LED display and genuine aluminum accents. It sets the stage for a truly magnificent luxury sedan design. Following the Tech trim, another variant introduces additional features like 26-color LED ambient interior lighting and Galvano chrome finishes on the exterior. Each trim exudes luxuriousness, exemplifying Cadillac's unparalleled craftsmanship.

Performance

The Tech trim takes the lead in terms of performance with a 340-horsepower engine. The Luxury trim also shares this powertrain, but you can equip a more robust 500-horsepower engine if you opt for all-wheel drive. Nevertheless, the performance and overall feel may vary due to different mechanical features. For instance, the Luxury trim offers the choice of 22-inch wheels, which can potentially enhance performance.

Appearance

Every Cadillac LYRIQ model shares a standard build: 196.7 inches in length, 86.9 inches in width, and 63.9 inches in height. The Tech trim stands out with an elegant fixed-glass roof featuring a power interior sunshade and a front Cadillac Crest. On the other hand, the Luxury trim adds choreographed exterior lighting and a rear spoiler with a cross-car LED light bar, enhancing its appearance and adding a touch of excitement. This trim also offers additional features like an optional black-painted roof.

Features

While these two trims have some common features that would undoubtedly entice the average American buyer, the Luxury trim distinguishes itself with its PaperWood interior and a wider range of interior upholsteries to choose from. For instance, both trims come with Noir Inteluxe seating. Still, the Luxury trim provides perforated inserts and options such as Santorini Blue accents and Dark PaperWood surround, which are not available in the Tech trim.
