Specs at a Glance
For those seeking a world-class performance sedan, the Cadillac lineup remains a top-tier choice. The compact Cadillac CT4-V is built to deliver a dynamic, responsive driving experience. Here is how the CT4-V Base measures up against the more powerful CT4-V Blackwing.
Performance
Equipped with a 2.7-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine, the CT4-V Base produces a lively 325 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque. A 10-speed automatic transmission manages power. Rear-wheel drive is the standard setup, but drivers can upgrade to all-wheel drive for enhanced traction. Brembo front brakes and an adaptive suspension system further bolster performance.
The CT4-V Blackwing is powered by a 3.6-liter, twin-turbocharged V6 engine that delivers a staggering 472 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque. While the 10-speed automatic is available, the Blackwing also offers a six-speed manual gearbox for a more traditional driving feel. Unlike the base model, the Blackwing is offered only in a rear-wheel drive configuration.
Appearance
The CT4-V Base boasts a powerful road presence. It features quad exhaust tips and a performance-inspired front fascia that highlights its athletic nature. The vehicle also sports 18-inch alloy wheels fitted with performance tires.
While the CT4-V Blackwing shares the core design of the Base trim, it features specialized aerodynamic components. These include a unique front bumper with an extended chin spoiler and a wider set of performance tires, giving the sedan a more aggressive, wide-body look.
Features
A long list of high-end features defines the CT4-V cabin. Drivers will enjoy front performance seats, a 14-speaker Bose audio system, and an HD digital gauge cluster. Connectivity is seamless thanks to an infotainment system featuring wireless Apple Carplay® and Android Auto®.
Equipment levels in the CT4-V Blackwing are comparable to those of the Base trim, but there are limitations on driver-assistance tech. Specifically, the manual-equipped Blackwing does not offer Rear Automatic Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, or Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking.
