Specs at a Glance

The 2026 Cadillac OPTIQ is an all-electric compact crossover that complements luxury with efficient performance. For those who are interested in this new EV, the choice can come down to choosing the Luxury or the Premium Sport trims. Below, we compare these two versions to help you determine which one best suits your lifestyle.

Performance

Both the Luxury and Premium Sport trims are available with two propulsion options. The standard rear-wheel drive powertrain features a single motor that delivers 315 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque. For increased traction and power, the available all-wheel drive system employs two motors to reach 440 horsepower and 498 lb-ft of torque. You can customize the driving feel through four modes: Sport, My Mode, Snow/Ice, and Tour.

Appearance

The Luxury makes a bold statement with its LED slimline headlights and the unique Mondrian-inspired rear-quarter window pattern. It comes standard with 20-inch alloy wheels that provide an elegant stance.

The Premium Sport offers a unique visual experience, featuring a "digital rain" lighting sequence that greets the driver upon arrival. Along with upgraded exterior lighting, it includes a signature sport grille. If you prefer a more assertive look, 21-inch alloy wheels are available as an upgrade on this trim.

Features

In the Luxury, the interior is dominated by a 33-inch diagonal advanced LED display with integrated Google Built-In functionality. Occupants can enjoy the view through a panoramic fixed glass roof with a power-operated shade. Standard features include a premium 19-speaker AKG Studio Surround audio system, heated front seats, and hands-free Super Cruise®. Safety technology features, such as an HD Surround Vision camera and Blind Zone Steering Assist, are also included.

The Premium Sport can offer further refinement with heated and ventilated front seats that include a massage feature. This trim level also incorporates a head-up display and heated seating for the rear passengers.
