For a limited window, gourmands can enjoy an extraordinary dining event in the back of their Cadillac courtesy of the 'Cadillac of Reservations' program.
What is 'Cadillac of Reservation'?
The 'Cadillac of Reservations' program pairs Cadillac with select fine-dining establishments nationwide, allowing patrons to sample exquisite meals from the comfort of a Cadillac's rear cabin. Participants are treated to a multi-course feast in a Cadillac Escalade IQ—a full-size luxury SUV that melds the iconic Escalade presence with electric performance. Throughout their meal, guests can explore the Escalade IQ's advanced features, including its premium audio setup—complete with course-specific playlists—and its luxurious seats, upholstered in high-grade materials and outfitted with heating, cooling, and massage functions.
In early 2025, Cadillac introduced the experience in New York City through 'Cadillac X COQODAQ.' The automaker invited a selection of diners to enjoy COQODAQ's distinguished cuisine in the back of an Escalade IQ, sampling a five-course itinerary enhanced by an immersive audio system, captain's chairs, and a virtual fireplace on Cadillac's expansive infotainment screen.
The initial program's success encourages Cadillac to expand the initiative to additional cities and restaurants nationwide. The automaker plans partnerships with La Dolce Vita in Beverly Hills, CA; State Bird Provisions in San Francisco; and COTE Korean Steakhouse in Miami, FL, scheduled throughout 2025.
